Louis is the Director of Strategic Pricing & Solution Development for Kennametal’s Infrastructure Segment, operating in various end markets such as Construction, Mining, Aerospace, Defense, Ceramics, and General Engineering. This involves the mastering of multiple pricing strategies for its billion dollar business, developing processes and guidelines throughout the organization as well as advancing the pricing analytics suite.

Prior to this Louis has worked in the Automotive, Electronics and Manufacturing industries of Germany, Thailand, and Brazil for companies such as Danfoss, Bosch, and Merck.

He is a Certified Pricing Professional, holding a master’s degree in business administration from FH Darmstadt in Germany.
