Jack is a Senior Manager in Simon-Kucher’s Technology practice based in San Francisco. He has more than five years of consulting experience, with expertise in
pricing strategy, go-to-market strategy, and sales excellence.

Jack supports clients on software, AI, and technology topics. His work focuses on helping companies translate product innovation into scalable commercial models,
including pricing architecture, offer design, value metrics, usage-based monetization, sales strategy, and customer migration. He has also published thought leadership on AI, with a focus on how agentic AI is reshaping software
competition, defensibility, and value capture.

Prior to joining Simon-Kucher, Jack graduated from the University of Southern California, with a degree in Applied & Computational Mathematics.
