Meghana is a Senior Manager in Simon-Kucher’s Technology practice based in New York. She has more than six years of consulting experience, with expertise in pricing
strategy, customer segmentation, and sales enablement.
Meghana has led high-impact commercial transformation engagements for enterprise software, AI, and technology-enabled services companies, including PE and VC-backed portfolio companies, high-growth challengers, and public
companies. She helps executive teams develop differentiated offer designs, value messaging, pricing and packaging strategies, and sales enablement materials that
support adoption and drive measurable growth.

Prior to joining Simon-Kucher, Meghana graduated from Columbia University, with degrees in operations research and economics.
