Puneet Srivastava is Senior Director of Pricing Strategy & Intelligence at Cohesity, a pre-IPO data management and cybersecurity company. He leads a team responsible for SKU framework, deal economics, discount governance, and AI-enabled pricing tools across a hybrid SaaS, subscription, and on-premises portfolio. His team has built and deployed production AI tools including a Slack-based SKU lookup agent, a rep-facing deal governance tool, and an AI-assisted margin calculator that is used by our Deal Management team for making deal level decisions.

Prior to Cohesity, Puneet held pricing and commercial strategy roles at Dell Technologies, Coca-Cola, Marketics, and Infosys, accumulating over 20 years of experience across enterprise technology and consumer goods. He serves as the company's AI Change Agent for the Business Operations organization and holds a BS from IIT Kanpur, India and an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad, India.
